Across-business-school Joint Leadership Forum has invited Mr. Tilman Rieger, an certified executive coach, to share with us NVC ( Non-violent communication ) on November 18th 2017.

Non-violent communication can be a great way to support you with all these positive intentions. NVC has the power to transform your life and that of the people aroud you while developing an attitude of mutual respect. NVC supports you to communicate across cultures, mediate between conflicting parties and eventually meeting your own needs in a constructive and less costly way.

Tilman, as a key note speaker, will share the approach of NVC in our forum and Simon, as a forum co-founder, will facilitate the discussion during the forum.

About China Centre Leadership Forum

China Centre Leadership Forum aims on a series basis in the future. Besides internal debate, observation, inspirations among alumni themselves, external senior leaders will be invited where appropriate in the future, to share with alumni their journey to leadership and enhance alumni's self-assessment and much clearer of future development.

The Leadership Forum is dedicated to bringing real-to-work leadership skills and experiences, and for alumni to share and grow together.

With 15 years of human resources and 10 years of international leadership as well as change management experience mainly in the automotive industry, Tilman is an HR and Leadership expert, who is deeply committed to and passionate about cross-cultural communication since he has lived,studied and/or worked, among other places, in Chicago, Frankfurt, London,Paris, Madrid, Zürich and Shanghai (since 01/2015).

Tilman not only designs, conducts, and facilitates leadership training andworkshops for both managers and associates across different business fields and cultural backgrounds, he is also an experienced and certified executive coach with special expertise on the field of business mediation/conflict management (non-violent communication), transactional analysis,mindfulness and career transitioning.
