According to the Harvard Business School, 95% of consumer products failed. One of the reason is that: corporations work behind closed doors, they don't know their market, their customers and their real needs.

On the other side, Consumers as product users, they know the product best. They have ideas and wishes, but they don't have the chance to express their thoughts to the brands and products corporations.
