Aileen拥有12余年美妆个护行业经验,涉足原料、产品、品牌、营销、销售的完整行业价值链。资深香氛、个护、彩妆产品经验,香薰心理学的实践者。曾服务联合利华、强生、欧莱雅、伽蓝、花王等国内外知名美妆个护品牌及新兴小众品牌。曾就职Firmenich, IFF 任评香师和产品经理原AkzoNobel亚太区个人护理品事业部总经理。曾在加拿大创办Green Garden Aromatherapy 电商,曾创立Molink,Balansell, AccelBrandz等多个商业品牌,并获得风险投资。此外,Aileen的“zero waste beauty”项目入选丝芙兰全球加速器Sephora Accelerate Program。

Ms. Aileen has more than 12 years’ experience in personal care, cosmetics and fragrance industries and had been responsible for fragrance development and product marketing at Firmenich and International Flavors and Fragrances serving multiple brands including Unilever, L’oreal, Sheseido, and etc.

Aileen was former head of SBU Asia at AkzoNobel Surface Chemistry (ICI business for beauty and personal care raw materials and formulation applications). She has expertise in product development, branding, E-commerce, digital marketing, and built various brands from zero to one on strategic planning and implementation. Besides, her project “zero waste beauty” was listed in Sephora Accelerate Program, demonstrating leadership in beauty, technology and merchandising.
