A discussion on The Emerging e-commerce and Fintech landscape in Egypt

Both Egypt and China have splendid cultures and a history spanning thousands of years. As a partner of China's One Belt and One Road Initiative, Egypt and China are bound to have extensive and deep exchanges and cooperation at different levels in the future. On May 14, 2020, the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee proposed for the first time "deepening the supply-side structural reform, giving full play to the advantages of China's super-large market and the potential of domestic demand, and building a new development pattern featuring mutual promotion of domestic and international double cycles”. The One Belt and One Road Initiative is bound to help unlock the joints of internal and external circulation. As an important partner, Egypt is bound to be the choice of the times to promote academic and cultural exchanges. Three distinguished guests from Egypt will give wonderful speeches. They are: Dr. Ayman Ismail (Ayman Ismail is the Abdul Latif Jameel Endowed Chair of Entrepreneurship and Associate Professor at the American University in Cairo), Mr. Mahdi Al Olabi (the founder and CEO of R2S Logistics), Dr. Farid Mohamed (a lecturer at Ritsumeikan University, Japan, and the CEO of Kakehashi Africa).
