Unit Lead for Foundations of Finance Professor of Finance at the Alliance Manchester Business School (AMBS). Involved in the development of MSc Financial Management and will also be teaching the ‘Foundations of Finance’ course on the programme. Research interests includes initial public offerings, trade credit, venture capital, politics & entrepreneurship, financial literacy. Has been an external consultant to the UK Financial Conduct Authority and the British Venture Capital Association. Expert witness in matters of corporate disputes. |
