• He is a highly accomplished and results-driven Group CFO with more than 20 years’ international experience in Europe and Asia.

• He has previously held various senior financial positions, with multinationals specialising in the engineering,healthcare, and TMT sectors as well as in the Chinese market, where for 8 years he worked as CFO for manufacturing businesses. He is very experienced managing JVs, mid-cap listed, and PE backed companies.

• Current CFO in a premium listing UK Plc at RM Plc (Oxford, 2,200 staff, team of 250) in a turnaround situation in the education technology sector where he was instrumental in refinancing a £70m financing facility with lenders, renegotiating a complex £200m DB pension scheme exposure, completing 4 divestments for £28m to reduce net debt due to a failed £43m ERP implantation. Achieved 300% total shareholder return (TSR)
