After graduating from the University of Leeds with a Master Degree of Art, The University of Manchester GMBA programme successfully inspired me as a young professional to pursue my future study with its tailored UK-style management courses. I have been working in the real estate industry for the past 8 years. My duties range from land planning to equity acquisition. As my career is evolving towards international business development, professional management skills will definitely benefit me moving forward. I do cherish the chance to discover and deliver with my fellow global elites at the University of Manchester.

Having worked in benchmark companies in different industries for a long time, I have certain experience in overseas operating; having brought products from different companies in China to the world, I am familiar with the operation system of domestic and international enterprises.

I hope that this time, through the study at the University of Manchester, combined with online and offline immersion model, I can make up for my deficiencies in systematic and scientific aspects in the daily management process, further enhance my ability, and further broaden my horizon.

Through these two years of study, I can better integrate the Chinese and Western cultures and make progress together with everyone, thus creating a better self.

I have cultivated in the finance profession for ten plus years, and now I feel a pressing need to break boundaries and attain higher personal fulfillment. After working in multiple enterprises for over a decade, I strongly felt that I was lack of power to take my career to the next level. To gain knowledge on how an enterprise operation from a higher perspective; to obtain a holistic understanding of management definition and knack; to build up the confidence to bear more responsibilities and larger scope as a management role; as well as expanding my horizon with international environment.

After a careful consideration, I finally chose The University of Manchester to pursue my MBA. As an account manager of Clarivate Analytics, I am very honored to assist drug development in China by providing global R&D and market research data for scientists. I hope to be able to serve as a bridge to transmit global data to China in the future. I believe Manchester Global MBA will help me to build a deeper understanding of various industries as well as improving business management skills.

Joining Manchester GMBA programme is an important decision in my life. It will not only systematically increase my theoretical knowledge, but will also improving my level of comprehensive management.
