The Educational Leadership in practice (ELiP) master programme at UoM has been a truly transformative experience. It has equipped me with a diverse skill set and strategies to enhance the academic environment and foster a stronger sense of community in my school. This knowledge has guided my decision-making and has had a positive impact on my role as a head of high school. I am grateful for the opportunity to study in this programme and look forward to continue applying the skills and knowledge I have gained to make a difference in my school community.

The ELiP course offered by the reputable UoM has been a transformative journey, profoundly expanding my understanding of effective school leadership. It has equipped me with a robust framework for fostering a collaborative school culture, driving curriculum innovation, and implementing strategic improvements. Critical reflection on diverse leadership styles and organizational dynamics has honed my decision-making skills. Engaging with my peers, I've cultivated a network of aspiring leaders, enhancing my communication and conflict-resolution abilities. And also, professors are quite professional and patient to help me with my queries especially for my unit assignment and final project.

Studying ELiP with UoM has been a positive impact in my day-to-day workings as the Dean of Students. Learning about different techniques to help improve student and school life, better communication with the school community, and be a model of positive transformation daily. Learning different course units such as Educational Policy and Leadership, Digital Technologies and Educational Leadership, Leading Educational Change, Educational Leadership as a Social Practice have helped inform decisions and explore the implications of different techniques of leadership in education.

Through the ELiP course, I have acquired a profound comprehension of professional knowledge within the education sector, encompassing educational leadership, policy development, and theoretical research. By engaging in methodologies such as case studies and social practice opportunities, I seamlessly integrated theoretical insights into real-world scenarios, thereby enriching my leadership skills.

Participating in this programme afforded me the chance to engage with esteemed professors at UoM and connect with professionals in the education field. This peer learning opportunity not only fostered my personal growth, but also gave me a deep appreciation for the diversity and complexity of the field of education.
