People's thoughts are divided into consciousness and subconscious. Subconscious can't be easily detected. Traumatic and painful emotions will not disappear with time but will be stored subconsciously. When encountering some triggering events, the emotions hidden in subconscious will become a bomb to affect you. Hypnosis is a healing journey with full of love. When you enter the hypnosis process, you will feel unprecedented relaxation and inner peace with your body. Hypnosis is another status of mindful, with your high concentration of attention. Every one of us will experience this state every day. Hypnotists provide language hints to people to change their psychological and physiological states and complete specific behaviors. When your attention is focused, you are more likely to accept hypnotic hints (positive psychological hints) from both physical and mental side. With continuous Hypnosis hints, your mood can be more peacefully, and your body can be healthier.

Alumni speaker Candice Zhang will bring you a journey of Hypnosis to release your working pressure. Maybe this is your first experience of Hypnosis and it should be your wonderful moment to start this journey, where you can open your subconscious mind and let you explore the bottom of your subconscious to find the source of those emotional bombs.
