The State Council is now implementing a “two-invoice system” for pharmaceutical distribution that will roll out nationwide in 2018. The rules will allow a maximum of two invoices between a manufacturer and hospital-each manufacturer will sell to a distributor and that distributor will sell directly to hospitals, eliminating multi-tiered distribution.

The “two-invoice system” will impact all segments in the healthcare industry value chain, to various extends. It can be expected that all levels of governments will make full efforts to implement the “two-invoice system”, and strengthen the monitoring over the market in order to meet the two-invoice system’s requirements in the short-term. Companies which cannot meet the two-invoice system’s requirements will be squeezed out from the market.

Audrey Lu has more than 10 years' experience in pharmaceutical and medical device companies, and accumulated very rich experiences and outstanding leadership in market access industry and worked in AstraZeneca, Becton Dickinson and Abbott as market access manager, took responsibility of regional PA works of East China during which she mainly supported NRDL listing plan for important products based on guideline from market access center and took responsible for PRDL listing work.



Hongwei Zhao, AMBS MBA Alumus, Senior Manager, Infusion System - Sales & Marketing at Baxter International Inc.
In the 14+ years of work experience excelled in leadership and execution, Hongwei has acquired rich experiences in imported and local Pharmaceuticals, medical equipment and innovative medical devices in a range of life science areas.



Pan Wei, Senior Consultant - BizPro Inter national consultant Co.
Pan worked for GSK, Roche, SSPC, Eli-Lilly,Medtronic,ECI in marketing role for more than 20 years and has vast knowledge and experience in both new product launch and mature product management in the therapeutic area as GI, Hepatology, infection, psychiatry, orthopedics, diabetes, surgical nutrition.
