7 Mar. Shanghai | Women’s Career Development Luncheon

In a rapidly changing world, many women are already highly accomplished. Their responsibilities continue to grow, their business impact expands, yet few pause to ask themselves: Was this path a conscious choice?Or did I simply arrive here along the way?

As technological change accelerates and industry boundaries blur, what truly matters is no longer just titles or degrees, but whether you possess the capacity to keep evolving, and to redefine yourself when needed.

On 7 March, we invite women leaders and lifelong learners from diverse fieldsto gather around one central question: In an uncertain era, how can we design a life and career without imposed limits? Together, we will explore:

  • How to reposition your personal value when your career reaches a plateau
  • The critical shift from “executor” to “creator”
  • How women can build long-term competitiveness amid AI and global competition
  • How learning agility and management thinking become foundational capabilities

This is not a lecture designed to provoke anxiety, nor is it simply a discussion about whether to pursue an MBA.

It is a thoughtful dialogue about how women can claim agencyin an increasingly complex world.

On 7 March,at The University of Manchester China Centre, let us think together, converse openly, and design the future — deliberately.
