Manchester Global MBA alumna Tammy Zhao has built her career in international logistics. After working in sales management for a Western multinational, she moved to a Japanese integrated logistics group and now serves as Senior Manager for SME Sales within the North China supply chain sales division.
In this session, Tammy will discuss how she evaluated a new opportunity, adapted to a different corporate culture and applied her existing industry experience in a new role. She will also reflect on how the Global MBA has influenced the way she approaches business, management and career decisions.
